Mobile numbers and the text program

Mobile numbers reach us in one way only: someone types a number into the sign-up form on this website and ticks the consent box. We store the number, the name given with it, and the date and time of consent, so that we can prove the subscription was requested. Numbers are used to send promotional messages from VALESCENT PHARMACEUTICALS, INC and for nothing else.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Access, deletion and the CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we hold, require its deletion, and opt out of its sale; we do not sell personal data, so the last is already the position.
